Christchurch to Hanmer Springs

Christchurch to Hanmer Springs

Distance: 135 km        Drive time: 2hrs

There’s no public charging stations in Hanmer Springs, so we recommend charging up at Culverden Car Park on the way there and back.

Christchurch to Timaru

Christchurch to Timaru

Distance: 170 km - Drive time: 2hr 15min

Yoogo Share’s BMW i3 and Hyundai Ioniq both have a 200km range however if using the heater/AC we suggest you plan to stop and charge on the way.   We also recommend  you book the Hyundai Ioniq for longer trips.

Christchurch to Kaikoura

Christchurch to Kaikoura

Distance: 181 km - Drive time: 2hr 34min

Both the BMW i3 and Hyundai Ioniq have a 200km range so without use of the heater/AC you will be able to make it to Kaikoura on a single charge, and there is a charging station in the town for your return journey. We recommend you book a Hyundai Ioniq for longer trips.

Both the BMW i3 and Hyundai Ioniq have a 200km range so even if you have the heater/AC running you will be able to comfortably make it to Akaroa and back.  If you do feel like stopping at a charger on the way…

Both the BMW i3 and Hyundai Ioniq have a 200km range so even if you have the heater/AC you will be able to comfortably make it to Ashburton, but you’ll need to stop and charge in Ashburton or on your way back to make it home safely.  We recommend you book a Hyundai Ioniq for longer trips.
